About Canada IBS | Laser Repair Experts in Kelowna, BC

Canada IBS is an independent aesthetic laser repair company based in Kelowna, BC. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, our engineer provides diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance for laser and energy-based aesthetic equipment — including Candela, Cynosure, Syneron, Alma, and Lumenis systems.

We serve clinics across Kelowna, the Okanagan Valley (including Vernon and Penticton), and Greater Vancouver with on-site repair. We also accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in Canada, plus basic remote video support.

Every job starts with a free equipment inspection — and you only pay if the repair works
