Our Service Process

1. Initial Assessment
Send the model, serial number, photos, error codes, and videos.

2. Remote Diagnosis
We review the symptoms and determine whether remote troubleshooting is possible.

3. On-Site or Workshop Service
Depending on the equipment, fault type, and location, service may be performed on-site or at our workshop.

4. Repair & Testing
We repair or replace faulty components as applicable, then perform functional and operational checks before returning the system to service.

Service Areas

Canada IBS provides independent LiteTouch® dental laser technical support to dental clinics across Canada.

Initial troubleshooting can often begin remotely using photos, videos, error information, and equipment details. Where appropriate, selected components, handpieces, applicators, and accessories may be shipped to us for inspection or service. Scheduled on-site support may also be available depending on location, equipment condition, and service requirements.
